where we ship:

processing time:
orders may ship from different locations depending on what you order. some items are made to order in the background, while others—like handmade stickers from the void girlfriend wing of the asylum—are packed by hand in my apartment (with love, precision, and deeply unstable energy). most items take 2–5 business days to be made before they ship.

estimated delivery times:
once your order is ready and on the move, delivery usually takes:

note: holidays, natural disasters, and printer demons may cause delays.

tracking info:
you’ll get a tracking number once your order ships—if it qualifies for tracked shipping. small sticker orders usually ship untracked (they’re light, fast, and mysterious like that). larger orders or bundles may be upgraded automatically. check your confirmation email—or consult your spirit guides.

split shipments:
ordering multiple items? they might arrive in separate packages depending on where they’re made. don’t be alarmed. they’re just shy and traveling independently through the asylum corridors.
